the 20-14 season of "sesame street" -- which has already been filmed. >> penn state university is going to start paying their 60-million-dollar fine in the jerry sandusky sex abuse scandal. the national collegiate athletic association issued the fine in the wake of sandusky's investigation. the harrisburg patriot news reports penn state university will make the first payment of 12- million-dollars on december 20th. the money is going toward an endowment to combat child sex abuse and help victims. sandusky was convicted and is serving a 30 to 60-year prison sentence. >> it's official. colorado governor john hickenlooper signed an executive order making marijuana legal in the state. people 21 years or older can now carry up to one ounce of marijuana legally without a prescription. in november, colorado voters approved an amendment to the state's constitution allowing the growing and recreational use of marijuana. colorado and washington officials both have asked the u-s department of justice for guidance on the laws that conflict with federal drug law. neither state will allow commercial
